Fresh Installation... what's the login?

I just completed manually installing GSP here:

I went through the admin guide starting at: 11. Customizing Gallery Server Pro

I manually merged the config file and did everything it asked. Then, I went to the above URL, and there it was. YAY! But no where did I encounter any sort of automated installation, nor was I prompted for a user account creation, admin or otherwise. So, how do I create the initial admin account?

Add ?g=install to the URL, like this:

http://www.jandkkreation.../gallery.aspx?g=install
