We are are in the process of evaluating GSP for our media file purposes; however, we have not been successful installing the program. We are installing this onto a new RAID server with all the Microsoft updates.

Windows Server 2003 Web Edition Ver 5.2, SP2
Microsoft .NET Framework Ver 2.0.507.27.3082

When we enter "http://localhost/gallery/default.aspx?g=install" in to our browser, we get the error "Server error in '/' application. HTTP 404. The resource cannot be found."

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a simple problem of not having IIS set up right or mistaking what the path is. Do you have a web application set up in IIS that points to the GSP files? Are you typing the right path?

Can you get to a static resource such as an image? For example, http://localhost/gallery/gs/images/calendar.gif

If not, it should be easily fixed by looking at your configuration.
