I've got the source up and running (in debug at least) and there is nothing in the database of course however, my question is really - what now?

How do I create the first account in the database (admin account?)?

I'm sorry if I missed instructions for this (because it seems simple) but I haven't found it in the docs/site anywhere.

Start the web-based installer. The install instructions in the Admin Guide tell you how to invoke it.
