It would be cool if videos uploaded to the site, automatically was converted to flv files for faster streaming of the videos.

I am planning to add support for Silverlight, which will allow you to start viewing the video before it is completely downloaded.

I am also open to the Flash technique (flv) if it can be done without requiring a commercial $$ license. If anyone has sample code to demonstrate the concept, please let me know.
