Though I am very new to Gallery Server Pro, adding a new MIME type seems to be unnecessarily complex. Could an easier way be made? It would seem that if I can view MIME types, I should be able to add them at the same screen? Thank you.

I agree. During development I have to prioritize features, and that one wasn't considered as important as others that *did* make it into the product.
