Hello everone!

I just installed GSP and I need to say it's just great. On the one hand it has a lot of features, on the other hand they are still quite easy to manage. This software is great!

My question is the following: I have a private Album which can only be opened by some users. However, if I enter the URL to the picture directly, any user can still access all my pictures (e.g. http://webapp/gs/mediaobject/album/123Image.JPG). Is there a way to prevent users from accessing the folder directly?

Thanks!!
Regards
Fresh

Move your media path to a location outside the web application. Maybe D:\Media. Then tell GSP where the new path is on the Media Objects - General tab in the site admin area.

This has the added benefit of not causing automatic app restarts when a directory within the web app is deleted, which is what happens when an album is deleted.
