Hello,

First of all, thank you and congratulations for this application very useful.

Gallery Server Pro I implemented in the web space:

www.test.mobisoft-hosting.com

and I have the following error message when I want to move from one image to another or start a slideshow.

Message: 'Gsp.Gallery' is null or not an object

Do you have an idea of the origin of this error.

Thank you.

Best regards.

Dominique

Your server is throwing an error when the browser requests this javascript file: http://www.test.mobisoft...ervices/Gallery.asmx/js

Follow the instructions in the error message to set mode="Off" in web.config (it should already be there, so you just need to change 'RemoteOnly' to 'Off'), then look at the URL again in a browser. There should be a more descriptive error message to help pinpoint the cause.

Hello,

Thank you for this information, it allowed me to move forward.
I followed the instructions and I get the following error message by following the link http://www.test.mobisoft...ervices/Gallery.asmx/js

System.InvalidOperationException: js Web Service method name is not valid.
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.HttpServerProtocol.Initialize()
at System.Web.Services.Protocols.ServerProtocolFactory.Create(Type type, HttpContext context, HttpRequest request, HttpResponse response, Boolean& abortProc

Can you help me solve this problem. Thank you.

Best regards.

I am not sure what can cause that error message. I did a little internet searching on the error and found lots of hits, but no cures. You can continue searching and maybe find something. Or, for $100, I'll log in to your site and get to the root cause. If it turns out to be a bug in GSP or I can't fix it, I'll refund the money.
