Installing on Server 2008 R2 Errors

I installed IIS on a server 2008 R2 and am getting HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error it is setup as an app and everyone has full control of the folder. I couldn't find anywhere what features should be installed for iis.

The server's event log might have additional clues. You must have ASP.NET installed.

I had it installed but I forgot and the command line aspnet_regiis.
