It is hard to say based on the limited info you gave. For $100, I can get things running for you (assuming you can give me access to your server). If it turns out to be a bug in GSP, I will refund the fee.

Otherwise, if you want to troubleshoot it in this thread, you need to provide more specific information about what is happening, including what steps you took during the upgrade, what db you are using, whether you got any error messages during the upgrade, etc.

You may also want to revert to your backup and try the upgrade again, carefully following the steps in the Admin Guide (in case you missed something the first time).
