I was using gallery server pro , earlier it was working fine but now the Action menu not appearing , can you suggest any workaround.

Are there any javascript or network errors reported by the browser? Use a tool like Firebug. If you are not able to do this, can you share an URL (along with login info) so that I can see for yourself? Use the contact form on the support page.

I think your web.config is missing the HTTP handler sections. I have seen cases where hosting control panel software inadvertently deletes it. Compare it to the web.config from the download.
