Its possible to have different folders for different galleries or albums?

Each gallery can point to its own directory on disk. Albums cannot be individually assigned to a particular directory.

so is that mean i cant have 2 different albums on 2 different servers for example

Album 1- c:\imagebank1
Album 2 - \\server\imagebank2

Correct. The supported way to accomplish this is to create a second gallery and point it to the second location. All albums in that gallery will point to that location.

The Admin Guide has lots of info on creating and configuring galleries.

problem is i want to search in all albums, not only in one particular album. i have look into new version, cos i need upgarade gsp any way

You are right - you won't be able to do one search across all galleries. If that is really important, there are 3rd party search utilities you can use, such as Google site search and ZoomSearch.
