I've just set up GSP on Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64) and so far I'm liking it. It's fast and easy to manage.

Now I'm trying to bulk load a bunch of jpegs from somewherer else into albums and it's not working.

Here's what I've done:

- I logged into the web site as Admin
- I created a new album from scratch
- I then created a sub album
- I then copied a few jpeg files into the album directory on the local server
- I then went to Site Settings - Media Objects - Media Object Types and enabled all file types
- I then selected Actions - Synchronize, checked all of the buttons and clicked synchronize

Nothing happens.

What have I done wrong?

Sounds like you are doing the right steps. When you say "nothing happens", you mean the popup window doesn't appear when you start the sync? Or something else? If the window appears, how many files does it say it found?

Literally nothing happens.

I click the Synchronize button, and it looks like the page refreshes, but nothing changes.

No popup windows, no files found, nothing.

I'm using IE8 and 9 for this, by the way.

Could be a javascript error. Can you share the URL with me (and an account that can run a sync)? You can send it on the support page. If not, try to discover if there is a script error occurring.
