There are a number of ways to upload multiple files in one step. The Admin has a full discussion, but I will summarize here:

1. Copy the files to the server and sync.
2. Wrap them in a ZIP file and upload the ZIP file.

Thanks Roger... First of All thanks for your reply and helping me..... you have done a really good job by creating this Gallery Server Professional....... Is there any facility that instead of copying the files inside the media directory we can add the shortcut of my existing drive and it will upload all the files from the location ???

Sounds like you want a file synchronization service. There are many to choose from - I have used SyncBack with good success.
