We have installed Gallery Server Pro 2.4.8 on Small Business Server 2003

We have a network hard drive with 1tb capasity, we have mapped it on the server.

And heres the problem:

There are ~40 000 Mediaobjects(mostly .jpg, .gif, .png and some video files. Also pdf and psd files exists) in a huge number of seperate folders (about 50-200 objects per folder) and synchronize starts nicely, but after awhile it starts slowing down until its something like 0.3 objects per second, then it stops. I need to reset application pool in ISS manager to start synchronizing all over again.

Errorlog tells me only that synchronizing is already in progress, if it helps, I paste the whole thingy here:

There really shouldn't be any trouble with what you are doing. The symptoms aren't really enough for me to tell what might be going wrong - one idea is that your server memory is getting used up faster than .NET can garbage collect it. If you give me access to your server I can take a look. Otherwise, what I suggest is to disable ALL file types on the Media Object Types page, then sync everything. That will build your album structure and all albums will be empty. Then re-enable the desired file types (JPG, etc.) and sync your lower albums. Continue until all albums have been built.

Wish if you could automate the fix you mentioned!

As the problem Leasit mentioned, it happens to me a lot when Syncing big data. It is very frustrating.

Syncing is processor and disk drive intensive, and my anecdotal experience is that things work better on .NET 4 and IIS 7 on a server with a lot of memory. I know that is not easy to implement, but without more specific detail about a particular bug that might be occurring, there is not much I can do.
