Thanks a lot for your great contribution to our web design. And I am happy to announce my trivial effort to contribute this nice work. So the Turkish translation for v2.4.5 is attached. I can say that the translation is 95% complete (Just a guess). But all of the visible at the first vision places are all translated and I am keeping translating.

Note: I think that this translation can also be used in the earlier versions of GSP (2.3.X) since no unused resources were deleted.
