So, I created a new user, gave them all permissions (except for gallery admin). and updated all the files giving full permission to EVERYONE.

I am still getting:
Insufficient permission
You are are not authorized to view any albums. Contact your administrator to request access.

trust level="Full"

Can you help me figure out what I am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Are you saying you can only log in as the GSP administrator? You can't create a user that is able to access the media objects in GSP?

FYI, the message "You are are not authorized to view any albums" is generated by GSP's security system and has nothing to do with NTFS permissions, so you don't have to mess around with the NTFS permissions or the Everyone group.

Right, I created a new user, but they can't see any media. Guests can.

I can email you access so you can take a look if that would help.

I don't remember if the original poster got in touch with me or, if he/she did, what the resolution was.

For a logged on user to see albums, they must be in a role with view permission to at least one album. That would be the first thing to check.
