No local access to ISP SQL servers

Is there another way to install via a script run from my website? My ISP doesn't allow local access to their SQL servers.

I'm not sure if this is enough info, if i've missed something please let me know.

You use your browser to run the install wizard, which will take care of executing the SQL scripts for you. You should be fine.
