GalleryServerPro.Web.dll. You can see how it is added to a page in default.aspx.

Could not load file or assembly 'GalleryServerPro.Business, Version=2.3.3743.24102, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Do I have to more or less duplicate the file structure in your sample website in mine? I take it that this is a bit more involved than simply adding a .dll to my app's bin directory.

Thanks for your help. I'm very excited about finding this, and hope it works as well as I thinkit will.

There is a section in the Admin Guide that guides you through this step by step. But the short answer is yes, you will have to copy several supporting files into your web site.
