Hello,

I am trying to decide if i want to install this software on my Windows Home Server.

How in-depth does support get in the forums here? From my reading over the topics and in posts, I'm not seeing a lot of "newbie" type questions, most people in here are pretty familiar with editing code, publishing web pages, etc, however I am not. I don't want to get in over my head.

I currently do have my own website, but it is "pre-made" by the software I installed on my Windows Home Server .

All I want to do really is simply have photo galleries and possibly host home movies and music and have links on my homepage to each place where these files can be viewed by only people with permission. How hard is that going to be for someone with virtually no website/programming experience? Also note, I am a "technical" person, and am very familair with networking, Windows OS's, and hardware, just not programming or web developement.

You should be fine. Perhaps there is a lack of newbie questions because there is excellent Admin Guide with step-by-step directions for installing it. :-)

If you have any questions - even newbie ones - feel free to ask them. We welcome all users and want to get you up and running quickly.

Thank you sir, I have read the Admin guide and successfully installed GSP and connected to my SQL server. I appreciate the reply, I would have checked back sooner but I did not get an email notifying me of your reply.
